SLA · Form 4 family
The new generation of Formlabs SLA printers. Form 4 is up to 4× faster than Form 3+ with 25 µm accuracy; Form 4B is the medical version certified for BioMed resins (dental models, surgical guides, clear aligners); Form 3+ remains the proven Low Force Stereolithography workhorse with a wide choice of biocompatible materials.
SLA large format · Form 4L
The largest SLA printer in the Formlabs line. A 35 × 20 × 35 cm build area prints large prototypes in one piece, with no gluing, at up to 100 mm/h. Over 30 materials; Form 4BL adds large-format biocompatible printing.
SLS · Fuse family
Industrial selective laser sintering in a benchtop format: strong nylon parts with no supports and factory-level accuracy, for functional prototyping and small series. Fuse 1+ 30W is the benchtop system, Fuse X1 the large-format industrial system, and Fuse Sift handles powder sifting.
SLA post-processing · Form Wash and Form Cure
Automated washing and UV curing of SLA parts, synchronized with the printers through PreForm. Form Wash L and Form Cure L cover the large-format Form 4L.
SLS post-processing · Fuse Blast
Automated media blasting for the Fuse Series: a full build chamber cleaned in 15 minutes, three modes (automatic, manual, blast gun), and 80% less manual labour.
