Unpacking that does not stop production
Sealed glovebox as standard
The Build Unit rolls into the station and everything happens inside: you remove parts through the glovebox, so the operator and the shop floor stay clean at any volume. Parts leave through a separate hatch without opening the working zone or raising a dust cloud.
Compressed-air gun instead of brushes
A built-in air gun blows residual powder off parts in seconds, right inside the chamber.
Parts hatch into a transfer box
Unpacked parts drop straight into a transfer box, so the work surface is always free for the next batch.
Automatic powder transfer to the Mix Kit
Sieved powder travels automatically to the Fuse X1 Mix Kit for blending with fresh powder. No manual pouring or dosing.
Capacity for 3–5 builds
A 61.5 L Fuse X1 build means kilograms of powder every day. Sift X1 holds the used powder from 3–5 full builds, so you unpack in series rather than one at a time and unpacking does not become the bottleneck.

It keeps the entire post-processing workflow — depowdering, sieving, storage and refilling — sealed inside a single enclosure, so loose nylon powder never reaches the room.
What the Fuse Sift X1 does
- Part extraction — remove finished parts from the build cake in a contained, dust-managed environment.
- Powder recovery & sieving — used powder is sieved and blended with fresh powder for the next build; up to ~80% of powder goes back into printing.
- Sealed storage & automatic dosing — integrated hoppers store and meter powder, reducing manual handling and waste.
- Scaled for the Fuse X1 — sized for the 61.5 L build volume of the Fuse X1, unlike the standard Fuse Sift for the Fuse 1 / Fuse 1+ 30W.
Compatibility
The Fuse Sift X1 is the dedicated station for the Fuse X1. For the Fuse 1 and Fuse 1+ 30W, use the standard Fuse Sift.
