Formlabs Fuse Blast — the final link in a closed-loop SLS workflow.
Fuse Blast combines a rotating basket with a directed abrasive stream — the part is cleaned on all sides at once, with no operator involvement. A built-in ioniser removes static charge, so parts come out clean to the touch.
An add-on module turns the Fuse Blast into a full polishing system. Parts gain a smooth, scratch-resistant finish — ready for painting or end use.
